Central Illinois FRIENDS of People with AIDS will again host Dining With FRIENDS along with the individual dinners and get together's that have become such a tradition.

The event is simple.  Dinner hosts invite friends, neighbors, family and/or acquaintances to their homes or selected restaurants for dinner during the month of September.  Past dinners have ranged from elaborate five-course meals to simple backyard barbeques.  The hosts then request a donation to attend their meals.  Guests are given a ticket for entry to the Dessert Finale.  These "charges" are 100% donations to FRIENDS and are turned in at the Dessert Finale.  The Dessert Finale will be Saturday, September 27, 2008 between 8pm and 11pm at the Methodist Atrium Building.  Individual tickets can be purchased by calling the FRIENDS office.

Funds raised from the event go to help support the clients of FRIENDS.
